Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 per order, and every order ships with tracking. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship within the United States, and every order is sent with tracking.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of ordering.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track your order page. We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Email support@modrncollective.com within 1 day of placing your order. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address or reroute the parcel.

Yes. Our pieces are designed to be worn every day, including in the shower, at the beach and at the gym.

No. Our jewelry is tarnish resistant, so it keeps its color. It's also covered by our lifetime color guarantee: if it ever changes, we replace it free.

Yes. Our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel free.

Put jewelry on after perfume and lotion, wipe it with a soft cloth to restore the shine, and store pieces separately so they don't scratch.

Our rings follow standard US sizing. Between sizes? Choose the larger one. If the fit isn't right, you can return an unworn ring within 30 days of delivery and place a new order in your size.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags and packaging, and come with your order number or proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect. We never charge restocking fees.

1. Email support@modrncollective.com to begin your return.
2. Wait for our team to confirm and send you the return address. Please don't send anything back before you receive it.
3. Repack the item carefully with all original tags and packaging.
4. Send it to the address we provide and keep your tracking until your refund is complete.

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size is to return the original within 30 days of delivery for a refund and place a new order. Email support@modrncollective.com if you'd like help choosing a size first.

Email support@modrncollective.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.

Once your return reaches us and is inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving it, and we email you to confirm. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the funds. The original shipping charge is refunded only when the return is due to our error.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it. Once it's with the carrier it can't be cancelled, so please follow the return process when it arrives.
