Modrn Collective was born from a drawer full of jewelry we'd stopped wearing, and one simple question: why can't beautiful gold just be part of everyday life?

A drawer full of jewelry we'd stopped wearing
Modrn Collective began with a drawer most of us know too well. Plated rings that had turned our fingers green. Necklaces that dulled after one summer. And a few precious pieces we were almost too nervous to wear.
The question
Why choose between beautiful and wearable?
Jewelry seemed to come in two kinds: fine and fragile, or affordable and disposable. We wanted the in-between. Pieces with the warmth and weight of fine gold, made for the commute, the gym, the ocean and the school run.
If we wouldn't live in it, we don't sell it.

So we started testing. We wore samples in the shower, in the sea and to sleep, and kept only the ones that came back looking exactly as they went in. Every design in the collection still has to pass that test before it reaches you.
